We will use the email or phone number provided to arrange a site visit. After visiting the site, we prepare an estimate and either email or mail it to you.
If we do not receive a response, we may send a follow-up email to see if you wish to proceed with the work or have any questions.

If the quote is accepted, your information will be saved in our CRM system, allowing us to store all related estimates, invoices, and guarantees linked with your address. If a guarantee is involved, we retain your information for as long as it remains valid to contact you if any issues arise.

If the quote isn’t accepted or lapses, any information saved in our CRM will be deleted after six months, unless you have opted in to receive future communications from us.

When you visit our website, we use Google Analytics to collect limited, anonymized information about your browsing behavior and device information (such as anonymized IP address, browser type, and mobile device identifiers).
